I'm going to go out on a limb here and say between Make it Rain and Ulti for AoE and Impure + Double + Make It Rain for Single Target.
OFFTOPIC: I'd pay 6300 IP for a champion with all 4 skills of Make it Rain.

Not sure if serious.....
MF does more damage than all of them, except maybe vayne at this point because vayne is op as fuck. And vayne was banned in most games in the tourny that I watched, the one she wasn't dyrus of all people raped with her lol.
I don't think you've ever done 1v1 vs corki as MF. MF wins. Every time. Unless the MF is bad.

One question, I've watched most the season 1 qualifier games, and I haven't seen Shen being used or banned. Is he really bad now?

Damage nerfs, his ulti+early game have got weaker and his laning is pretty bad now. His global ulti is ofc rly strong but the change in the metagame and nerfs have not been kind to him.

I think if you do math, MF has a lot higher AOE damage and maybe sustained single target damage might be higher with impure shots and her steroid but less burst than most other champions.

How can you argue with our resident EU expert? How can you refute his irrefutable logic?

hi just to prove you wrong
Here's a t-test I ran. These are players around 1450 elo, including you, Shikyo. I took 15 players from both US and EU players at 15175-15190. I then calculated their win percentages, which came out to 0.635792853 for US and 0.569636062 for EU.
Then, assuming equal variance (due to the ELO system) I ran a 2 sample independent t-test and came up with a t-value of 0.983919114. At a .25 level of significance, the model concludes (two sided) that there is a difference between the US win rate and the EU win rate at the same ELO.
Namely, the US has a higher winrate than the EU at the same ELO.
Your argument is that EU players at 1450 elo are equivalent to US players at 1700 elo. In fact, statistics show that US players at 1450 elo are better than EU players at 1450 elo.
In the name of guitarasaurus, I hope that me running this statistics test (which is totally not rigorous but is still rigorous enough compared to the little you have had to offer the LoL community-which is to say, nothing.) will prove you wrong once and for all.
