These are really weak lanes...to counter the EU playstyle
I'd expect something more like Cho'Gath/Maokai as an actual lane counter. None of the ones you listed are particularly strong against carry+support bot lane.
Taric+Jarman might work except Doublelift played awfully that game and he doesn't even know how to play taric.
Irelia+Blitz is a combo whose killing potential is maximized at different times in the game.
Lux+Taric doesn't realy have the killing power to beat Ashe+Janna.
Consider also that Ashe+Janna has always been a decent lane, but if you snipe that combo, the choices for carry+support bot are, on the whole, weaker. (Unless you run Cait+Zil or something like that lololol)

Can anyone update me on how Dyrus is jaxing nowadays? He seems to get wriggles +tabi every game now, but I have no clue if he's even jungling nor what rune page he uses.
(also, I see only 10 people in LP, but got 20+LP friends on my friends list, whats up with that?)

Wipe your preferences folder in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0.40\deploy\preferences then rejoin.

rumbles ulti did over 1/2 of my hp as ashe mind u i had no defenses and i stood in it for whole duration and he was quite fed and farmed but that is still OP it almost did as much damage a single teemo shroom

Simply restarting my client causes a ~20 mb patch and now I'm back in real LP.

I'll want to see the stats on the new hero before I make a judgment, but Im on the fence right now.
On the one hand, she seems kind of lame. On the other, she's a ranged chick damage dealer, whether she ends up being an assassin or carry.
I wish riot would buff IP gains =/

Go to wraiths and alpha the blue one. From personally experience, I die 1/100 times at this point. Kill blue wraith and immediately level up wuju style, this will allow you to kill the remaining creeps with 2 hits each. REMEMBER TO CHUG DEM POTS.
Go to little golems and kill them. Alpha strike and activate your wuju style while chugging your pot.
Depending on how lucky or in my case, how much SKILL i have procin alphas you can either go back or wait for the next batch of creeps. Basically clear jungle once more, go back to get madreds + 1 or 2 pots, take blue and red. You should be lvl 6 and be able to snag a kill. Remember to look for ganks during your jungle as well. Even without highlander, you still can rape little kids with ghost and your passive. Plus, you have cleanse. NOBODY CAN STOP YOU.

Actually my one friend was legitimately 700 ELO in ranked. lol god I must hate myself. I could be a second Shikyo with all the stories I could tell. THIS IS A THREAT.

Does anyone have any general tips for a noob? Started playing a few days ago and I've never played this genre of game before. I really like the game so far though. I've been playing Ryze since he's free and I've been looking at dudes to buy. I like the look of Lux, her playstyle appeals to me so I'll probably buy her.

2. Lasthit creep (this is the hard part, this wins you the game)

4. 5x as much gold as anyone else, win game.
As far as champs go Ryze is really powerful, easy to use, and hard to kill so he's great for learning. (he's also only 450 ip to buy)
Other than that I'd suggest you try every free champ as they come up in rotations, there's some surprisingly interesting/fun ones

Hi I need help on the most common question in LoL. Which champion would you buy:
Irelia or Jarvan? They are both great solo laners and Irelia has more damage while Jarvan has more CC right? Irelia has lifesteal while Jarvan has a shield... I can't decide!
I play in ~1600 EU.

Checking out each of the free champs is also mandatory because it allows you to see their weak sides, i remember when i started playing i considered many champions to be OP just because i've never tried them. When you go 0/10 as the op twitch you suddenly stop considering him to be that good

Imo Jarvan is straight up better in (almost) every important aspect than Irelia right now. I would definitely go for Jarvan over Irelia.

Irelia and Noc are both being nominated as next in line for the nerf-bat at Riot HQ. Not sure about Jarvan. Jarvan is also less commonly banned and can put out some nasty damage as well depending how you build him, and he's less IP. However, Irelia is hotter. Did you try them during their free weeks?
More people in LiquidParty EU own Irelia. Whether that means you get more (albiet dubious quality) advice or have to fight over her in in-house, idk.

- Learn to last hit to get gold.
- Learn not to spam your skills mindlessly no matter how tempting it feels.
- Watch some VoDs and streams to figure out how to play champions properly and not build silly items on them.
- Learn to use hotkeys and have map awareness. An SC Background helps.

- Learn how to target prioritise in team fights and what the role of each character is and how to play those roles. For example, if you play a carry, don't go charging in mindlessly.
