I'd rather see Flash go than Ignite. Also don't forget about Magmar chamber while you're getting shit done. Jarmander gains extra damage there because Magmar chamber is Fire-type.

Mundo gets Riot to remove Ignite where he pleases. Could be a change that would get Gangplank picked more actually.
Think Flash is the more problematic summoner tho.

With reducing the healing debuff on all champs with such abilities (MF, trist, etc) I highly doubt they're looking to remove ignite. And I don't think it's a good idea in the current state anyway. Tanky heal setups (ww, mundo, irelia, etc) make really powerful comps and ignite helps to counter such champs without needing a MF, trist, etc to need to apply their own debuff first.

Hilariously, Malz isn't even strong because of his ult, although it's icing on the cake. Even if they change his ult entirely he'd be ridiculously strong.

because Pantheon had stronger laning than TF, better innate survivability (easier to kill noob tf), and more burst, which is what scares noobs. They don't care that you just killed a tower in 2 seconds, but if you can burst 5xBloodthirster Ashe to death while she's stunned, IMBAAAA!!!

I mean it was retarded when he would ult you under your tower, kill you and walk away, but that didn't last long. They kept nerfing him over and over again over the pretense that his ult was breaking the character, when I honestly think TF benefits much much more from the global than Pantheon did.
Laning against him was hard, but he needed to dominate early game in order to be relevant...2 doran shields > Pantheon.
I guess what I don't understand is why he was nerfed SO MUCH under that rationale when TF is just as retarded.

since we're talking about 'if I were the head of riot changes' and everyone gets to air their uneducated opinions
here are mine on global level changes the game could use
- Nerf health potions
- Nerf creep gold a little, buff champ gold a little
- revive. remove.
- clarity. remove.
- rally. remove.
- flash. itemize.
- teleport. itemize.
- ghost. nerf cd.
- ignite. same damage in shorter duration... so buff to damage portion, nerf to healing debuff. Nerf self-healers so you don't need a hard counter summoner spell for them.
- Fortify, cleanse, smite, exhaust... no changes.
- stealth champs and global champs ughhhhh kill them
- maybe nerf defensive items globally

- runes: give a way to change them on the fly like masteries (of course Riot will never do this because they make money from rune pages***)
- fix the mastery freeze bugs for good / give mastery pages
- summoners: remove them all, itemize the worthwhile ones (blink dagger, boots of travel, monocle of exhaustion)
***almost everything wrong with this game stems from the ftp system
