Play someone who can full to zero someone like Veigar. Surprise buttsecks their AP carry/squishy AD carry and then rambo in a 1v4 like a boss, and hope your team follows your to 5v4. Es best.

During free week, pick a character you want to play and practice a bunch in Co-Op vs Ai. If you get 20ish kills by the end of the game, its a good strategy and you should pick up that character for keeps. If you don't, try a new character until you find the one that you have a feel for. Thats how I found Galio. TL;DR: Pick a character, play a shitton of co-op vs ai games and if you still suck, pick a new char. But no joke, every player should own at least Ryze, Ashe or Master Yi.

So I really... this game, I did great mid, had double her minion kills. I ganked bot, got a kill and ashe got a kill. I towerdived caitlyn but died as well, then failed one gank on bottom lane because my team decided to run, so I'm 2-2-1.
I ganked top lane jarvan, my renekton doesn't stun him. He flag-Qs away, I flash-ulti after him... renekton walks away. We could have killed him.
I stay 2-2-1 the whole game. End score 3-23.
Best part was near the end when my team ganks Jarvan 3v1 and he triplekills and doesn't even drop below half.
