Heimer is like tier 3 AP caster. Tier 1 is like Ryze and Malzahar Tier 2 is like Kassadin and Vlad Tier 3 is like Annie and Kennen Like, they're all good and strong in certain matchups, but higher tiers have more favorable games more often. | ||

My rl friend keeps bitching and complaining that he has to work so much harder to get champions and I should take advantage since I get more IP at a lower level and buy a ton of good chars. Ofc i don't listen to him, but it still gets me thinking. | ||

But yeah, they made it so you get more IP at lower levels so you can get started easier | ||

And that's including this unusually long game against Maknoon which earned me 122 IP. Team score was 24-43 or so, we still won lol. | ||

There are some characters that people need to have though. EG. Ryze, Ashe, Kayle (not really), all the cheap ones that seem to do really well ingame even if you suck. | ||
