Thats true for literally every champ though. Not a lot of champions can 1v1 with blue beating on them. Also, if my memory serves mumu got himself killed so he was already behind. With proper jungle prep, ie a leash and mid/top still semi close, no way that woulda been so delayed.

Jiji wins because he gimps the noob that is sent vs him, just like he does with urgot, and just like pantheon does. It works in solo queue, but an arranged team won't allow him to do that. See xpecial vs HSGG from yesterday, HS was getting his head kicked in but his team intervened and the ganks made the situation even.

To be fair, they also sent Taric to lane, meaning that he had to run all the way back across the map before he could help to drive Alistar away. Hotshot would have been way less disruptive if he knew there was a greater risk of him getting caught and killed.
Had DAO sent taric there right away CLG would have had their mid join HS, oh HS would have just stood around forcing taric to leech the golem xp. In either case, the amumu would have been gimped enough to fade out of relevance for the rest of the early- to midgame.

All other junglers can either jungle by doing a different opening or just steal the opposing blue if the opposing jungler is taking theirs.
In the case of the CLG vs DAO game only alistar was pressuring DAO's blue and CLG honestly had no way to steal that blue. Any other jungler would have switched to a different route (wraith steal>juke the roamer>leech lv2/wolves>blue being the best one).

amumu doesnt need blue to jungle, not even close. if they take your blue just go to small golems and go small golem --> wraith --> wolves --> b ---> lizard ---> small golems. sure you cant gank but thats not why you take amumu to jungle anyway

Yeah, mumu is a highly versatile jungle. Dan Dinh opens mana crystal and starts at wraiths. HSGG opens wraiths and then leeches exp from mid lane till he hits 2. The failing on that team wasnt their choice of mumu, it was the execution.

But what would have happened if anyone had busted into amumu's jungle then? Amumu would have either got raped, got his jungle stolen, got forced to b since he wastes 50% of his mana on each creep camp that he isn't able to complete.
Try playing amumu from behind or any other jungler from behind. If one person falls in arranged TSM loses to DAO. This is what happens.

it's pretty much true, when i play trundle, i never ever get countered, either at blue or red, and if i do, the person trying the counter usually dies, or if its all of them i get away.
as amumu, if i start blue, 90% of the time i got some1 spotting it out, countering, warding, or trying to steal it. and 90% of the time i need to GTFO and start wraiths or even get tantrum first and do mini golems.
i hate jungling with amumu...
