I've found that I've got a lot of time when my eyes and hands are occupied, but most of my mind isn't, for example when walking, cycling or cooking. I could use to improve my understanding of the game - if I had something to listen to. There are some Hearthstone podcast, that I will check out first, but they're a limited commodity while there are several streams running all the time.
So, who do you think are the streamers that provide the best learning experience trough their speaking? Who are explaining their plays and strategies in a way that you get the understanding without the picture? Or who are frequently talking meta game, card choices or other strategic stuff

Sottle - writes guides for Icy Veins, talks about his thought process as he plays, very open to noob questions L0rinda - mod in Sottle's channel, also talks about his thought process and open to noob questions
Both of the above are small-ish channels and there's a lot of helpful conversation in the chat as well for times when you're able to actually watch.
Brian Kibler is also great though his channel is large and there isn't as much interaction.

I think Dog is best. Chillest stream. Kibler and Trump are extremely good as well.

I really enjoy the stream of Savjz - but i dont know if you learn very much if you do not see the board / matchup / cards, ... because the circumstances are pretty important for the plays imho.
Anyways, good luck with the improvement while listening to streamers

In the past i would say Reynad. Not sure is it now. Lifecoach Dog is ok. But you only want to listen not to observe ?

Kripp and Trump. Look at the youtube channels. Kripp has small videos everyday, very informative and interesting. And Trump has Trump Teachings and iDraft series.
And if you also want to learn what sort of whisky you should drink when you play HS and how to skype with girls - listen to Forsen ) It is 3 in 1 )

How to skype with girls ? I must say i watched Forsen like in august when he was playing miracle. By that time there were no girls .

It's mainly his chat, they just auto raid any female streamer they see then spam them to skype Forsen, and they sometimes oblige because they know they'll get good viewer counts or just want to hangout with Forsen.

As unbelievable as it is, Kripparrian is currently my favorite. Reynad knows some things but he's way too whiny and unobjective most of the time. Trump I feel is just too whatever and it's like he doesn't explain things properly or just doesn't care or doesn't rationalize properly. Kripp isn't amazing in this regard either but I still pick up the most important things from his stream. Amaz, well... Is nice to watch at times but honestly I've grown very annoyed at all the bad jokes he repeats thousands of times and can't get through all that trying to find some informative bits and pieces.
Still, there actually would really be some dire need for an actually analytical and intelligent streamer who teaches the viewers properly. I feel like the archetype is missing almost completely in most games, just like this, and it's the only archetype I really would like to watch all day.

Lately i have been watching Strifecro and i gotta say i really like his way of describing his thought process. He is also well mannered and I just enjoy the stream a lot overall. I am a little bit dissapointed by Kripp's stream lately as all he does is bitching about his opponent luck instead of explaining stuff. Trump is making a lot of questionable plays, which usually don't turn out to be the genius move nobody would expect or do.
Constructed - Strifecro, Bmkibler, Dog, Firebat Arena - Ratsmah

For pure play explanation, Dog and Strifecro are both great. Firebat sometimes just stops talking, so while I like his stream, it's not always the best. If you want to learn overall strategy, I would say Kibler is the best. He's also been innovating a lot of deck lists.
Hafu is the best for arena.
Reynad is 100% useless for learning, as is Forsen. Trump is good if you're a newb. I honestly don't understand the popularity of Kripp's stream at all. He's not a very good player, doesn't explain much, and often just doesn't talk. Amaz is amusing, but not great for learning.
The other top players like Xixo, Gaara, and Savjz are all perfectly OK, though they don't always explain things.
