Holy fuck, that was worth it.
I love Blizzard for doing little things like these. God Artosis is such a staple of our community.

I hate to point this out, but that loading screen has been the same forever. So unless Artosis was predestined to win Blizzcon, it would not have made a difference.
Proof.
But that dude does look a lot like Artosis

Yeah, but he has been working with Blizzard for years now.

edit: nevermind dcing in hearthstone is hard to tell ;_;

I don't have a Leeroy so I can't actually test the question, if someone that does could that would be great. If I have the Sword of Justice equipped and my opponent plays Leroy Jenkins, will the whelps that Leeroy creates on my side take charges from the my Sword? Or will I just get 2 1/1 whelps?
|
No personal experience but going off the text of both cards you would just get 2 1/1 whelps so your opponent summons them for you.
|
idk, i think he might get the 2/2 out of it
|
Pretty sure the whelps will be 2/2s. It also triggers the knife juggler (similar text), happened on stream once where the juggler killed the leeroy, which was hilarious.
|
The magic of hearthstone Sigh.

Are there rewards for ranked games now?
|
No rewards for ranked until end of beta I believe.
|
Is it possible to gain more than one extra star in Ranked for a longer winstreak? My longest has only been about 5 I believe, and it was still only one extra, just seeing if anyone has gotten more than that with longer winstreaks.

It is your opponent's knife juggler proccing because they are summoning two whelps. Your own knife juggler wouldn't proc nor kill your own leeroy even if it did. The whelps enter the board on your opponent's side of the board, they don't come on your side and then swap over so its safe to assume it doesn't take soj charges/make them a 2/2.

/facepalm
I'd imagine you do get the +1/+1 in your whelps, since I've never seen anything NOT get the buff. Even damaged golems get them, and they are summoned from a deathrattle.

What Legendary should I craft next? My most competitive deck I have is curi's Warlock Control Deck 2.0. The only card I'm lacking is Mukla. However, I feel like Tinkmaster might be a card that works in a lot more decks? I also already have Ragnaros, Black Knight, Malygos, Sylvanas.

You're definitely missing the point that it's the enemies Knife Juggler that he IS talking about. And yes Knife Juggler will proc on the enemies side because you are summoning two whelps for the enemy.
Logically, if Player A plays Leeroy, and Player B has SoJ, Player B SHOULD have two 2/2
The statement above is a bit contradictory to game logic. Yes, they don't "come on your side and swap over", which more supports them getting the buffs, since they're spawning on the opposing side, not transferring over. Any action that "moves" a minion from one side of the board to the other does not give summon effects like SoJ or Knife Juggler, so this: "they don't come on your side and then swap over so its safe to assume it doesn't take soj charges/make them a 2/2." doesn't make sense.

anyone have a spare beta key? pm me please and thank you

Yeah, the original question was your SoJ, enemies Leeroy. I haven't tested it, but my money would be on the whelps being 2/2 in that case.

I just pulled Al'Akir out of my arena reward pack. DE?

Don't DE anything until you absolutely need to for like a important craft. They might buff/nerf cards and which would give you more dust that way.
