As others have said, it stands for "random number generator" or "random number generation" and is responsible for the luck part of Hearthstone. Hence the term "RNG" will often be used instead of the word "luck" by people. An example sentence, "He is hoping for some good RNG here."

Does anyone now if Blizzard is thinking of fixing (yeah that is the correct term), how rope works with decks like patron warrior?
Double Frothing + Grim patron is basically unplayable because their fucking animation takes take long...

Yes. Crackle uses rng to determine exactly how much damage it deals.

How does Mill rogue do against Patron war? It seems it could actually be a good call in this meta... Even though it does horribly vs zoo.

@Doulllos mill decks are traditionally much stronger against control decks than they are against aggressive, midrange or combo decks. With Patron Warrior being a combo dependent deck, you risk screwing yourself over by feeding your opponent cards, which makes there deck more consistent. Even if you burn a few of their cards you will probably still be in a losing situation, since the match will be unlikely to go to fatigue. Mill Rogue also has this problem vs combo Druid, another popular deck pick right now. Generally if you notice the meta slowing down and deck curves getting heavier, then it is time to pull out your mill deck. Mill is especially good against control warrior and Handlock.

Have the system requirements been raised at some point?

I'm sure I was on the list of supported devices when they launched the tablet edition last year, but now after installing it again, I get the message that my device is too slow Oo.

I have the 2014 Amazon Fire HD 7"

Is it intentional that Ragnaros loses stealth when his ability trigger? I gave my Rag stealth via Finicky Cloakfield and Rag lost it when his ability triggered. According to the card he still had the Stealth buff on him

Hey guys i just got the shaman legendary Al'akir the windlord from a pack.

Is it considered good or should i disenchant it? And if yes (to it being good) then in what kind of shaman deck is it usually played?

It sees play in most/all Midrange Shaman decks. Its a good card, but Shaman is not a strong deck to be playing right now.

guys if you lose a game where you started on the previous season but ended in the current one , do you lose rank on the previous season? just for the record , i lost a star and dropped to rank 16.

Alright I am a completely new player. All I've done is unlocked all the basic cards and like 4 months ago I went to rank 18 with a custom deck I made myself, not using any resource. I have wanted to get back to the game recently because of the fact that I can play it from my phone. Now the reason I am asking this here is there is no resource which tells you what to do when on a budget.

I have 50$ to spend, what should I do?

so earlier svjz had a deathlord stolen by a cabal shadow priest then he played vanish and it went to his opponents hand. since vanish says return to owner's hand shouldn't have returned to savjz's hand. or does owner just mean who controlls it

if you plan to spend a small amount of money in the game, the best value will be the adventures (Naxx & BRM) you get more cards per $ compared to buying packs and a lot of these cards are good (Sludge Belcher, Loatheb, Zombie Chow, Haunted Creeper, Death's Bite, Dark Cultist, Mad Scientist, Emperor Thaurissan, Grim Patron, Imp Gang Boss, Quick Shot, Fireguard Destroyer)
