I know this is a tad cheesy, but I think this kind of thread is possible on LH right now because our site is still somewhat young. Let's get to know each other better!
I've created a small survey you can use as a template, but feel free to add your own questions if you wish.

Buff Kidnapper - dude pretty much acts like a super expensive Sap that leaves a body with terrible stats. I think returning a minion to your hand could be hilarious, but that would be extremely powerful. Maybe just make his stats better if a boring but practical buff is desired.
Nerf Molten Giants - shit should have a minimum cost that isn't 0.

Buffed: please buff Prophet Velen to a 5 mana 4/5. I want to play him so badly; seems so much fun, and we could combo it with Holy Nova (YUM). Okay, I might have gone a little too far with this. But I'm a Priest player, so it's fine.
Nerfed: I find Grommash is far too scary and he has quite some ways to activate him.

Leper Gnome (seems way too good in aggro, not sure how I'd nerf him, though) and Shadowflame (a bit too strong of a synergy with Warlocks' type of play) came to my mind first.

Buff - Since Flamewheel stole the obvious one I guess i'm gonna say Pit Lord and probably make his effect a death rattle rather than a battlecry

Angry Chicken needs to be buffed. It's to funny of a card to ignore; however, it will not see serious play in its current state. I would add something like "Gains 1 health whenever you summon a minion." and keep everything else the same. That's not a gamebreaking change but might be enough to where it gets thrown in a deck or two.
Nerf? Dunno if I could be impartial here given I can only gripe about what has been used against me to good effect.

Buff - Mana Wraith, make it 1/3 for 1 cost or 2/4 for 3. It needs to stick and it has an interesting mechanic.
Nerf Elementals//Legendaries - Fire Elementals are way too strong, Water Elementals are too fat and Freeze is just annoying as hell. Legendaries like Ragnaros and Cairne are stupid because they offer instant value against your opponent and impossible to deal with basic cards. They don't prove anything except the player who has them has better cards.
