But my point is this you think it harmless but if everyone was doing it you would cost companys alot of cash flow that is why they would sue not saying they would for what she did but if she kept doing it maybe.
You are not making any sense then, it isn't as if she is making a business out of this considering how she isn't selling this at a profit, and the amount she is selling at is insubstantial. She'd need to sell a few million shirts at this rate for you to actually be losing out on money if you are an Adidas investor. Yes, it is an issue, yes, that's why these companies as seeking ways to counter the effect of thrifts, no, they aren't going to sue her. At that, all that are under a pretty odd assumption that Carnac has pointed out at the previous page to be pretty unlikely. If anything, if you are an Adidas investor, you should enjoy this free advertising. Yes just making sure she doesnt plan on continueing doing it, you see my point thou if alot people started to do it, it would threaten the industry, specially with this recession. If what she did was get money of them first then buy for them then just send it and as long it legal to export outside of korea then no problem. She said she got permission from the store and SKT1 so perhaps she was just acting on there behave so it probably was legit since as you said she didnt try make a profit or undercut it. Another thing which can get you in trouble is to buy a product and sell it cheaper overseas than it can be puchased for from the stores itself, cause it takes business but as you said she only planned to do 200 and it was more a gift according to her than a marketing prospect. Are you Adidas' messiah or something? Wait, do you even know wtf Susie is doing exactly? Or even who she is in the first place? Shares in company...alot companys having problems cause of the recession look at general motors they now filing for bankruptcy. Just saying in times like these companys would try get as much they can if they can. Since you pointed out it legal to export it then no problem and since she not affecting gross income of Adidas then ill leave it alone, but if the market is a decent amount perhaps she should speak to SKT1 and there adidas representive about doing international exporting.
??
Since you care so much, why don't you do it? Since you are an Adidas share holder wouldn't it make more sense for you tell Adidas of untapped markets which would ultimately benefit you more? Or are you one of those people who sits on their ass and complain without any resolve to do anything to change things?

Judging by the quality of your posts, I could tell you're not some big owner of Adidas. You own 0.00000001% of their stock, having a few shirts sold overseas is not going to hurt you in any way.
