You are not making any sense then, it isn't as if she is making a business out of this considering how she isn't selling this at a profit, and the amount she is selling at is insubstantial. She'd need to sell a few million shirts at this rate for you to actually be losing out on money if you are an Adidas investor. Yes, it is an issue, yes, that's why these companies as seeking ways to counter the effect of thrifts, no, they aren't going to sue her.
At that, all that are under a pretty odd assumption that Carnac has pointed out at the previous page to be pretty unlikely. If anything, if you are an Adidas investor, you should enjoy this free advertising.

I think someone needs to post the "How Smart I Am" graph that was posted in the now closed topic. That's about how I feel after reading Un4Seen's posts.

Yes just making sure she doesnt plan on continueing doing it, you see my point thou if alot people started to do it, it would threaten the industry, specially with this recession. If what she did was get money of them first then buy for them then just send it and as long it legal to export outside of korea then no problem. She said she got permission from the store and SKT1 so perhaps she was just acting on there behave so it probably was legit since as you said she didnt try make a profit or undercut it.
Another thing which can get you in trouble is to buy a product and sell it cheaper overseas than it can be puchased for from the stores itself, cause it takes business but as you said she only planned to do 200 and it was more a gift according to her than a marketing prospect.

1) I hope she continues doing it because as far as I know, the demand here outstripped her ability to supply them this time. 2) I'd be perfectly fine if she made a profit from doing it since she is providing a service to the foreigners. It just shows how great of a person she is to do it without profit. 3) You need to learn to spell, punctuate, use the appropriate words and write shorter sentences. 4) As for selling products across countries:
Companies usually do not like products being exported because they practice price discrimination. A prime example of this is Microsoft selling windows for $5 ( or somewhere around that figure ) in China because the consumers there simply do not want to pay more due to rampant piracy. If someone were to buy Windows in China for $5 in bulk and sell them in the United States for $10, It would obviously hurt Microsoft since it unfairly undercuts their windows sales in the US. However, this only applies to products which are available in both countries.
In the case of SKT1 shirts, there is no equivalence of that product outside of Korea, which removes most of the rational for preventing export. As someone has mentioned before, these shirts aren't sold outside of Korean simply because of the lack of market. In fact I think we are doing Adidas a favor by purchasing these shirts since I'm sure they earn a profit on them.
There are many examples of selling product to a foreign country due to lack of availability. For example you can check out http://www.dynamism.com, which does that for laptops which are not available in the states.

Thank you for this. You managed to cover all the points I was going to cover, and save me the trouble of writing a post up. Though I'm not sure it will stop him from making himself look even stupider. But yeah, Un4seen, I'll hop right on the IQ test.
Edit: On second thought, I'm nearly convinced this is a troll. His first point (post) is completely different from the point he is trying to make now.

200 shirts? Holy shit this kid is giving me more credit than I deserve. Thanks for thinking that I can be this amazing mastermind in business transactions. Actually I have a small adidas sweat shop in my apartment, making replicas of the exact shirt right now as I'm typing. I hope to sell them for about $5 cheaper than the SKT1 store. This time I'm creating 1000s.

Don't do it, Susie, at that rate you'll put Adidas out of business. =(

Shares in company...alot companys having problems cause of the recession look at general motors they now filing for bankruptcy. Just saying in times like these companys would try get as much they can if they can.
Since you pointed out it legal to export it then no problem and since she not affecting gross income of Adidas then ill leave it alone, but if the market is a decent amount perhaps she should speak to SKT1 and there adidas representive about doing international exporting.

the sole reason she did this in the first place is because Adidas (and any other KR company associated with e-sports, like Lecaf OZ and Le Coq Sportif) deem the market outside of SKorea would not be profitable.
