The only reason I really care about DST, aside from it getting darker later--which I do like--is that now I'll have to work extra hard to stay up for Starcraft matches. Since this last year has been the first that I've watched pro BW quite so religiously, I've really enjoyed the past six months with everything starting at 1 or 1:30. You'd think our government would just abolish DST for the sake of BW fans everywhere...

Yea, but that's in like, November, so it doesn't really count. I'm feeling the effects of Daylight savings right now I can totally feel that I'm not going to start my hw until midnight because of the time change.

Well it balances out :O In november you're going to be elated to get that extra hour of study or w/e you guys feel you're missing out on. Maybe I've missed this in previous years, but why is everybody complaining about DST all of a sudden?

My physics teacher said that Daylight Savings was introduced because it was shown that people were more likely to buy when it's light outside.

I don't get it; if you push an hour ahead, you "lose" an hour of light?

I bought a new phone yesterday, (android ftw.) and all of a sudden it skips ahead an hour. I was like «wtf, what a pos. the clock is busted!». Turns out I'm the one who's just a moron. ![]()

Well, firstly, If I am right, we don't use DST in India (don't quote me on that) however I am living in Europe, Croatia namely and we do use DST. I was just asking if I put that hour I turned back when I started DST in the winter ahead. I know I make it sound confusing :[ I am confused at my writing myself xD

Hmm maybe I can finally switch my sleep schedule to wake up really early instead of going to sleep really late. IMO 5am wake up is healthier than going to sleep at 6 or 7 am lol.
