God, his vocabulary consists of... "That's a definite" and "That's one thing"

He sounds like a real life East gamer. "That's a definite i'm pro. i can't stand to lose 1v1 gosu Obs games to nubs. My skill is unmatched and i will win the event for sure because i'm the best. That's the definite yO~ So if you want to be in top 4 you better ally me in all those BGH ffa games i play. Otherwise i will pwn you." Robert " S+)Prodigy[[GoSu]] " @ US East

People have already posted it in the thread, but: Here is the WCG channel on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/WorldCyberGames They had the episode up around 1-2 days after it was broadcasted, which is fairly quickly for a free service. And people outside of the US, so far as I know, can still access YouTube.

The only thing I can think of (and this goes for Hulu, as well) is that the ad system they use to support their videos are targeted exclusively at the general USA population. The rationale is that they gain nothing by advertising to countries outside of it, so they block the service. Personally, even though I'm in the US, I'm probably just going to watch it on YouTube. No ads and I had some streaming problems on the site, anyway.

I've glanced through the 47 pages in the past 30 minutes gathering all that I can... wow you guys type a lot! It's so hard to keep up with the forums! Dante = a quality assurance tester. I work with him. He's not a PRO TESTER there is no such thing. He's never won or even qualified in a tournament so they don't want to put "your average gamer" as a title so why not spruce it up? The correct title for what we do is "Junior systems engineer/analyst" we test video games for software errors. He plays mostly fps games. As for the show... I'm really surprised with how it was edited. I wish I could discuss it more but I can't... I can't say I'm loving every aspect of it though. So how have you all been? I see mixed reviews on the show. How many of you are going to continue watching? P.S. Due to my Commodore partnership not working out I haven't been playing StarCraft lately so I guess you guys who bet I wouldn't last long win... but only due to lack of an uber pc of my own. My roommate plays WOW all night on the only computer we have with raids starting at around 7-8 ish which is when I usually get home from work. I'm trying to get a good laptop or something that can run the game so I can play whenever. Also... sorry for my emo-ness. Part of it is the thought of losing and my daughter, other part is I'm just emo as fuck... I can't help it. ![]()

1: People give swoozie a lot of shit for his decision. Whatever alliance was going on could or could not be the explanation... I can't really say. Rob (prodigy) is an old teammate of mine from when I was in PMS and he was in H2O so going against a friend would have sucked. While he comes across as cocky you must realize he has done exceptionally well in every tournament he's ever entered. While this can give someone a big head, he is very talented. 2: The girls in the house were cool. Chelsea is pretty full of herself and while she brags about FPS games I don't see any tournament wins from her. I dunno. Amy was cool, I knew her from my last job with Ubisoft promoting FarCry2. Alyson was just a sweetheart... the burping however I could do without. And yes.... even while we were eating. haha 3: Dante... ugh... nothing good to say :X 4: JD is a good guy. I feel bad he lost. He tried EXTRA hard to beat rob yet knew what the outcome would be. (hence the finger breaking comment) I wish I could have gotten to know him better. We've talked since the show and he seems cool, I dont get why so many ppl talk crap about him, I guess because of the several negative comments he made while on the show but oh well. I dont know what else to say. Episode one didn't cover much. heh

I have to admit, reality TV is much more interesting when you have some idea of who some of the people are..
