EPTit's hilarious and entertaining exactly because it is so cheesy and bad, and plus we get to watch a guy we've seen and flamed with (and against) so much on these forums. that's must watch TV for me. i mean, take a step back and think about it, if you told me that there was going to be a television reality show where incontrol is one of the main characters, even if you hated him, your first reaction has to be "i can't wait to watch this."

And I feel like I am echoing a lot of people here when I say that I think that rewarding any of these guys the title "overall best gamer" is a bit...T_T. As someone said most of them don't even seem to be top of the crop at their own games. But oh well, I too will obviously watch until Inc | ||

(not counting cs) But this is all semantics.. the overall gamer part is where you are confused. Read my previous post on the subject. | ||

I did read your post and I don't feel particulary confused :p I even mentioned the ability of the current contestants to cope with the irl challenges in my post, I just don't think that has anything to do with being "the best all around gamer". Just take you for example, I am 100% positive that there are 1000s of kids that would easily beat you in any console game in existance (bar sc on 64 lol). Considering the time you have spent on bw nothing else would make any sense. Only that well, they most likely would be living in their mothers basement and bench closer to 65 pounds =p. Don't get me wrong, I still think you winning this show would be one of the best things possible to happen to western esports but giving you the title of best (console) gamer ?? I have long been an advocate of player rights, player control, and of course female gaming and that is the reason why I even went on this and will support anything that helps gain the power of the player. But one thing is for sure, it was the most amazing experience of my life, the good, the bad, and the embarrassing and I want a second season so that more gamers get an opportunity to do this as they make it even better. Yes there are games that should be on there that aren't, yes everyone isn't a "pro" gamer,. But this is a competition AND a reality show and should not be made into more then what it truly is: an opportunity for all players. And lets not forget even though they eliminations are set up in true reality show format to create the most drama and allow different strategy's then we are used to, in the end ANYONE can pull themselves out of elimination by their gaming skills alone. | ||
