I just don't want a huge fucking mouse for gaming, it doesn't make sense. Its really nice for websurfing yea, I used to run 2 mice and use my old mx500 for surfing and a mx300 for gaming.

This is the one thing i've always thought razer was so stupid about some of the shit they said their shit does just seems redicilui! Like their anti ghosting keyboard WTF is that suppose to mean invoke ghosting in monitor cuz your keyboard sucks. Haha so what it supports multiple button pushing more then a regular keyboard lol why call it something so stupid. Seriously razer why you push products like your stupid shit promters.

The only thing that bothers me is these stupid soft plastic gelly things on the sides. They are uncomfortable and akward. I'm not even sure what they are for. I'll still be using my MX310 for browsing though because it has those nice buttons. I haven't played any games with it yet. Gonna go do that now.

$20 Logitech G3? 40 dollars off?! Also a $17 one too. Lol wtf, I'm looking at eBay and they're also at like $25 bucks each... but when I went to my local Fry's it was like $63.99... F my life, last month I just bought some like, drawing mouse for $25 because I couldn't find anything else and I had to replace my old mouse that kept freezing... T_T

My g5 needs like a 50 mb setpoint install to let you change the settings. Dumbest thing ever.

The first batches of DB had jitter issues, but they are fixed in the the Clear versions (Plasma, Salamander, etc) and Pro 1.6. Other than that, the 3G sensor is technically better, but there isn't any difference in actual use because you won't actually push the limits of the 2G sensor anyway. On the other hand, the first gen sensor in Viper is pretty weak by today's standards. Don't use it if your sensitivity is medium-low.

T_T Got one for Xmas, This mouse is sick. Bit heavier and wider than the Viper but really smooth. I haven't tried gaming with it yet, but It would definitely be better than the MX310/318 and has similar functions. On the sides it is a bit textured plastic so it has more grip.

I absolutely loved the mx300. amazing mouse. when I upgraded I went to the logitech g3 for the fact that it has the exact same casing as the mx300. Which is right now only $20 on amazon. If you like the mx300 I'd go for the g3 because it's a really nice improvement with little difference to get used to.
