I've followed the program for two weeks now and I exhaust tested myself yesterday and had only gone up from 50 max to 57 max (and this really was max, I literally couldn't do another push-up). That's an improvement of only 7 in two weeks. I don't think I'm going to be able to make it to the 100 in 6 weeks somehow. Still, I'll keep going. Any improvement at all will make me happy. Even if I only get to 70. Last time I did 100 I weighed only around 78 kgs. Now I weigh 93 so the extra 15 kgs is going to make it that much harder.

Well I got to school 2 weeks ago and started doing push ups on my own, started at less than 10, now im at like 15. I never clicked on this thread cuz i thought it would require going to the gym (im way too lazy for that), but since I can do it in my room, ill give it a shot. Starting at week 1 column 3 on monday!

Question: Are you allowed to put one foot on top of the other? I find it easier to keep my back straight if I put the toe of my right shoe on the heel of my left foot. It seems to keep my back straighter and thus I can do more pushups.

I just tried and did 40 push-ups without stopping. I haven't done any push-ups in ages, but I worked out at the gym during the summer. Of course, doing 229734 push-ups isn't going to make you much *stronger*, especially if you are already at least somewhat fit. If you're at a gym, you probably wouldn't want to spend your time bench pressing a barbell with no plates a huge number of times.

Yeah i went back there and noticed that as well. The new plan seems to start up slower, but gets more intensive starting from week 4.

Yeah, it makes more sens this way though. Set one is smaller than set two in most cases, so it's more of a warmup and therefore better for you.

If you want really tight abs for (mostly) top part (but bottom has a little workout too) of your abs then go fetal position but on your back, so that u have your thighs as close to your stomach as possible, keep hands straight parallel to your head (if u cant then by your ears) and do a situp trying as hard as possible to touch ur chest to your thighs everytime

can you make an MSPaint of this, im having trouble visualizing it.. also what do you mean by having your arms parallel to your head, your head is a circle, can something be parallel to a circle? Would that be like a larger circle that goes around it and doesn't intersect at any points?

week 4 completed and yesterday was my first day of week 5

after week 4 i was able to do 180 push ups xDD

i used the new program from day 2 in week 4 onwards

I'm off my crutches and my ankle is finally stable/strong enough for pushups again!

But does anyone else feel like Week 3 column 3 was a HUGE step above Week 2 column 3? That wall is fucking massive.
What fun is it being cool if you can’t wear a sombrero?
