 Wow just upgrade your package from Shaw. I use Shaw and it is really well costed for the 100mbit connection, or even the 50. The thing I hate about internet here, though, is that upload speed is really restricted. You gotta pay a lot for sweet upload speed

 About 40/40. Good enough usually, and they've been improving it. Still a little unreliable at times though, and I wish they'd let us have ethernet.

 Brazilian's internet is pretty expensive, but we do have one single company (called GVT) which tends to offer good prices for us, like 35 MB is only $40 dollars (which is cheap for the national standards and average prices).
 
 My university though has like 200-300 mb.
