According to turnout estimates, around 360,000 votes remain in counties won by Hillary Clinton in 2016. Trump 2016 counties have around 240,000 votes left to report. Trump is up <120,000 votes. Problem with this is that it assumes the same amount of proportions for both sides would vote for the other candidate. Trump counties have been voting Trump 70/30. Biden is still underperforming in WI/MI/PA and is only leading 60/40. If those numbers hold up, it will be a Trump victory in WI. Yeah, I'm not declaring victory based on that, I'm just saying that the path to victory is visible. The good thing about WI is that the by far biggest non reported area is Milwaukee at only 41% reported so far while Biden is ahead by 53k. If you assume that the remaining 59% in milwaukee vote the same that means Biden will pick up another 130k votes more than Trump in that one county alone. Obviously no way to tell what kind of votes were counted first (mail or in person) so impossible to tell if the remaining 59% will behave similarly to the first 41%.

If 50% is reported and Biden is winning a county by 10k, you don't gain another 20k, you gain 10k because the expected is 20k margin. So Biden is EXPECTED to win the whole county by 130k, but the REMAINING vote left in his favor is +80k actually.

I'm listening to ABC and they said Biden was winning mail-in ballots 78-22.

To win PA, but he only needs to go 1/3 if he can get Georgia.

Every other state can reliably count the votes in an effective window of time. It really boggles the mind how awful these states are. There should be no universe where it takes a week to count the votes. It's going to be really close in AZ, GA, PA, and WI (also think NV will be quite close too, but more Biden favored).
