Think that will be the new normal. The tech isn't getting better so it cost more or less the same to produce (excluding equipment depreciation). At the same time raw material extraction gets harder, global temperature increases and unrest has also increased. Those factors would keep the price the same or increase it even without the AI speculation.
There are still areas seeing massive and rapid improvement, highest impact in day to day life is probably battery tech. It has now hit the threshold of making storage cheaper than running coal plants. Just no longer really see it in gaming related tech, outside the screens I guess. For PC they re-released a 2 generation old GPU from Nvidia as a statement of how much progress is being made.
