Think that will be the new normal. The tech isn't getting better so it cost more or less the same to produce (excluding equipment depreciation). At the same time raw material extraction gets harder, global temperature increases and unrest has also increased. Those factors would keep the price the same or increase it even without the AI speculation.

There are still areas seeing massive and rapid improvement, highest impact in day to day life is probably battery tech. It has now hit the threshold of making storage cheaper than running coal plants. Just no longer really see it in gaming related tech, outside the screens I guess. For PC they re-released a 2 generation old GPU from Nvidia as a statement of how much progress is being made.

Look at the steam machine. Valve absolutely does not want to be selling at that price point but they have to if they won't want to sell at a loss. They can't get a contract for ram supplies because of the shortage and have to accept whatever stupid price the supplier thinks to set.

Janette Whipper got canned during her "investigation" while the EEOC sanctioned her. I'd figure that'd be enough for people to doubt the DFEH's circus like claims. After getting fired , none of Ms. Whipper's additional inflammatory accusations about the government of california have gone any where. She has yet to provide a shred of evidence in 10 years.

Why is this guy still talking about the iron clad case the DFEH had 10 years ago LOLOL.
Why didn't he ever bring up the compromised state of the DFEH?

Looks like the chuds were right. the latest Dragon Age game was a commercial failure.

it is hilarious watching well reviewed games like Marathon, Stormgate, and Concord become abysmal commercial failures... while morons try to act like it is some unsolvable mystery why this is happening.

Dragon Age got "mixed" reviews. The game was garbage.... it sold like garbage.. and the studio folded shortly thereafter.

How about ... these "access level reviewers" rely indirectly on publishers' money. the publishers tell them the game must be fun.. the "access reviewers" call it fun. Independent reviewers like Skillup and Asmon rely on audience money and are able to spot garbage games quickly.
