I'm sure the death of one of their supporters they egged into charging the capital by spreading and engaging with baseless conspiracy theories they know to be false (I'm sure you could prove this with their email accounts, in fact) will weigh heavily on their consciences. Inciting violence/terrorism is a crime, even in the US. Not always, but in this case it indeed would be.
Interesting to see that a "republican" (you know, the "law and order guys") argues it'd be fascism to expel people who potentially committed a felony.
Incitement to riot is also against federal law. But, here's a different idea. Don't remove them. Just prosecute them. Immediately.
