Hmm yeah, I'm seeing some data that is pointing to trouble for Ossoff right now. CNN is reporting DeKalb County has 130k votes left instead of the initial 170k, which puts Ossoff or Perdue in narrow victory territory favouring Perdue. But there's a lot of conflicting info right now with one Atlanta reporter saying 200k left. The Voting System Implementation Manager for GA is saying 171k left as of five minutes ago.
We shall see, if that vote out is just 130k, there is no way Ossoff wins. If it is 200k, Ossoff is going to win

Congratulations to Radical Liberal Raphael Warnock.

Regardless of how this turns out I think democrats should only field black candidates in Georgia from now on

Dekalb outstanding looks like both Dems win their Senate races.

Well at the time I was going off Dekalb only having 117 left instead of the 171 that is the actual number

And Republicans probably shouldn't field literal billionaires (or people so close they can become one by election day)...woof

The question for Republicans is do they lean into MAGA and hope that Trumpless MAGA keeps MAGA voters and base Republicans, or go generic Republican and hope to pick candidates that may appeal to Latino voters more heavily imo.
They have a litany of gross candidates like Ted Cruz to field though, I actually don't find them lacking in people to throw up for presidential elections compared to Democrats.

Decision Desk HQ Projects @ReverendWarnock (D) has won the Georgia Special Senate Runoff Election

Blink and you’ll miss the flip based on that vote drop.
Yeah, it’s over. Congrats to the Democrats on pulling off the big flip.

Where are the outstanding votes that Ossoff needs? I know they are out there, but does someone have a link to where they expect them to make it up?

He's down by like 20k and I believe there's ~30k+ left in DeKalb. He should manage to get the lead eventually.
Warnock's race is dead and buried, he's won this. Ossoff has enough friendly batches remaining that he wins unless someone didn't tabulate votes correctly.
It looks like the Ossoff/Perdue race is less Arizona and more Pennsylvania.

CNN just had someone from Chattam saying only 3k left to count, and will be counted tomorrow. I wonder where the difference is

Don't watch cable news, they're stringing you along and getting things completely wrong (like their incorrect remaining DeKalb votes because an official apparently typo'd a number). They want ratings and banking on you not remembering them getting the small details wrong.

But I love cable news. The magic board makes me happy!

thank you mr. >STOP THE COUNT< Trump for securing the senate for democrats.
and for whatever it's worth, those two R criminals did not deserve their seats. insider trading is NOT a trivial offense. US voters deserve better.

So if dems pull off both, what does this say for Trump?
Does he lose a lot of pull? He was in GA trying to get this win, and hes getting handed another L
