Judge says Stone’s release under current conditions would pose a risk to the public.
Looks like it will be full gag or jail ? (I would argue that putting him in jail would fix his supposed rent issues and putting food on his table ! If he was single. :-D)
edit : gag it is

Gagged, I'm going to guess in the next week, Stone will break the condition by doing something like sending a note for someone else to publish rather than being in camera.
|
What do you mean by a gag? I'm not familiar with the term.

He cannot speak publicly about the case in any way or risk having his bail revoked.

His bond. He's too rich to be given bail.

The trade deficit with China is bigger than ever, Mexico isn’t paying for any walls (and suggestions like taxing remittances went nowhere), government debt is up, America’s image abroad is so bad that leaders of foreign nations are parodying his mannerisms for cheap laughs, Hillary is still free, the forever war in the Middle East rages on.
His only success has been making poor conservatives feel that someone is sticking it to the libs as he pisses freely over both groups. The tax cut was a policy goal and he got that through. Supreme Court appointments? Those are a big deal. Not sure about other things. Tax bill isn’t very much like the one promised. AMT stayed. HoH stayed. Estate tax stayed. Corporate tax rates didn’t get hiked. Basically all they did was fucked with the forms (seriously, it’s a mess, I could go on at length), rolled exemptions into a bigger deduction, and cut rates on the rich. It’s not the sweeping reform advertised, just a gift to the rich by driving up the deficit. Might as well promise a flat 2% tax rate next election.
well the question is, are we talking about actual success, or perceived success? Because if Trump fails all his goals but convinces the voters he succeeded, then he's still going to enjoy massive support. It seems to me he's running a perfect con, in that no matter how great his failures they get brushed under the carpet, but no matter how minor his successes they get amplified.
The big test to me seems to be this state of emergency for the wall money thing. Given it's the one thing people have fixated on, can Trump weather it (probably) failing?

So for NC-9, are they going to charge the Republican candidate with any crimes since they've ruled there needs to be a new election due to his sides' illegal activities? Also, does anyone know if the Republicans are allowed to run a new candidate in place of the current one?

He intends to run.
Mark Harris cited health problems he has had since January with interfering with his ability to recall certain details, and he apologized to the state board for his misstatements.
Robert Pittenger should be the Republican candidate on the ballot in my opinion. Harris likely cheated to win the primary as well and he shouldn't be on the ticket period.

I'm hoping that regardless of what Mueller's report shows, Congress takes appropriate action. I'm 99% sure it won't happen unless some seriously damning evidence comes out, but you never know. I also highly doubt the general public will ever see an unredacted version

I strongly prefer the known cheater runs so he can get schooled.

First let him officially lose the election and then drag him to prison.

In the grand scheme of justice in the universe, the Russia investigation represents comeuppance for birtherism. The real consequence is that it distracts the president from his work - because of the amount of media attention the story gets. Obama got his revenge.

How is that possible, wouldn't that mean Congress is simply reacting to spending bills already done by the local levels to make sure it is on paper... and official?

This is the biggest fucking xD of my life if it ends up being true. Utterly incompetent.
