+ Show Spoiler + I dropped out of college needing only one semester worth of credits to graduate (at age 21). Partly because my brain, quite unexpectedly exploded with an anxiety disorder (and possibly other disorders I've never bothered to pin-point) that led me to quit my job, leave my fiancee, stop driving, ignore all my friends, and left me unable to leave the house, etc for over a year. I "recovered" with the help of a drug called Paxil, which I was briefly addicted to, but have since stopped using. I'm now 28, I can drive and have a shitty job again, but I still haven't completed my degree, I have no real life friends, and I only leave my home for work, grocery shopping, and buying cigarettes. When I'm around groups of people and neat rows of products in unnatural lighting (such as in a grocery store during peak hours), I get light headed and have incredible erges to escape the situation-- I've lost conciousness from similar stimuli, so the irrational need to escape is reinforced by past experience. What was once a promising life is trashed-- like a pedestrian clipped by a speeding garbage truck-- and I may be too old to recover and live a normal life. So there's my embarrassing sob-story. Boo-friggen-hoo. | ||

I do push ups and other training(dont know the english words) about 5 times per day. Im affraid that others hear me and think im jerking off (even in the office) thats why i started counting the push ups/sit ups out loud. And whenever i think i did something wrong i punish myself with jogging until i nearly cant walk anymore. | ||
