Shit guide, household bulb is a very vague term, no idea why they listed it like that. There are CFLs and Incandescent (google if you dunno the difference, but it should be obvious). That picture has CFLs and not incandescent bulbs, which is exactly what you want for some kind of "micro grow" as I'd call it. CFLs give off very little heat, and as long as you buy the correct ones it will be the right spectrum. That being said, growing in a case is largely a waste of time, you will spend weeks not even knowing if your plants are male or female (assuming you grow from seed) and the yield is just not worth it if they turn out to be female, I mean it can be fun for like sentimental value, but its like buying a rocket kit for your 8 year old kid ;d | ||

A good friend of mine is going on his honeymoon in a few months to Hawaii. He said he really wants to smoke up with his fiancee, but he has no clue how to get good bud there, and neither do I. I'm guessing there's a lot of people there that sell crap bud to tourists. And I don't think the hotel staff would be willing to risk their jobs getting some, would they? And I'm not sure you can trust the staff...wouldn't they just go to the nearest street dealer and get some crap bud? Anyways, would really like some thoughts on this...I'm going to be going on vacation too and maybe down the line, when honeymoons are concerned, I would also like to get high with my SO. I think this situation can or will apply to a lot of people in this thread. I really can't think of anything good...so far all I can think of is finding people on grass sites and hope they're trustworthy and not narcs or just stick with the crap bud and hope it's not laced with PCP or some shit. | ||
