Colombia Supreme Court decriminalizes drugs for personal use Colombia's Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that carrying small doses of drugs is not a punishable offense, torpedoing years of effort by the administration of former President Alvaro Uribe to criminalize the personal possession and consumption of drugs. I think by far marijuana now is much more potent than it was in the past; growing, drying, and other techniques have matured over the years much like any other industry | ||

Today's cannabis contains more THC than used to, according to this dutch site it peaked in 2004 and is now going back down.
