If we don't know, it's early to say stuff like this.
The only thing we know is that those people shouldn't have the right to live. But we know nothing. Names or why are unknown. They screamed "We made vengeance for the prophet mahomet". That's all.

I didn't mean to imply soldiers walk around armed. He knew where to go to target men who couldn't defend themselves because they were unarmed and there was no security around.
