The White House press statement offering support/condolences to the victims seemed to imply a link to ISIL. Not sure if it's a confirmed link or if it's just a premature press statement. | ||

However it's you who gives the order. The hitman basically becomes the tool for the killing. Hitman is the killer, you are the murderer/conspirer. So Hitman = gun in that analogy. | ||
