I don't know he hit, I thought the video was from the second shooting so I thought it's possible that he didn't kill anyone. Which makes him a bad shooter. Which is funny in a way that he failed, it's good when they fail.

Breivik was a Nazi. The shooter seen in front of the McD and on that roof is not. I doubt he knows the name Breivik.

Throwing insults at each other. Interesting parts: "I'm a german, i'm born in germany", - "you're a wanker, that's what you are, fucking "Kanacke" (derogatory term for turks etc). Something about Hartz4 (german welfare), couldn't hear the rest out. Then some russian.
Hard to hear clearly though, especially since they're speaking with a bavarian accent, which i can barely understand when spoken normally, not shouted across 50m of space. Bit like scottish english.

Can't really tell anything about that guy from the video, but yeah it's probably the safer assumption that this is islam related and the Breivik thing is just a coincidence

The shooter on the roof stated "i'm german, i'm born in germany" though, so lets not dismiss it entirely immediately.
sidenote: the guy on the balcony talking to the shooter has balls of steel though, throwing insults being generally infuriated even after he got shot at - he didn't go, you know, back in the house or something - he continued throwing insults at him.

The shipyard was one of the country’s biggest and the government provided a temporary rescue package, before selling it on to a German company, in a case echoing Britain’s bid to save the Port Talbot steelworks.
But, despite Greece’s dire economic situation, bureaucrats at the EU Commission decided to take the elected Greek government to court, arguing that the state aid was illegal under Brussels law.
Following a series of cases before the European Court of Justice the Commission is now hammering home the judgements and demanding a massive financial penalty.
Under the terms they are seeking Greece will be required to pay 34,974 euros to Brussels every day until it has recouped all of the 250 million euros it used to bail out Hellenic Shipyards.

A 21-year-old man has killed a woman with a machete and injured two other people before being arrested in the southern German city of Reutlingen.
The man, a Syrian asylum seeker, had been involved in previous incidents causing injuries to other people, a police spokesman said. The motive was not clear but there was no indication that the incident was a terrorist attack.
The assailant was apparently acting alone and “there is no danger to anyone else at this time”, the spokesman said.
Witnesses said the man was having an argument with the woman before he attacked her at about 4.30pm on Sunday.
The spokesman had no immediate information about when the man arrived in Germany, or when the previous incidents took place.
It was the third act of violence against civilians in Germany in 10 days.

Third act of violence, second refugee running rampage - and yet again, known for similar incidents to the police, still roaming free and happy. I'd like to have people explain to me again (happened before) why exactly we shouldn't send people like him back to where they came from, should be interesting.
He also was stopped by a bystander who run him over with his car on purpose.
