Komodo still says Re1 draws.
I guess it's not so clear cut.
MC has to find the right moves.

in these kind of endgames, even a +-1 engine score can be misleading... but Anand is just seemingly falling apart... and his positions seems to worsen with each move...

This looks technically winning to me

edit: I don't have an engine though, but the ending looks won for white

I wonder why Anand keeps giving up pawns in the endgame just to get activity. The computer seems to like his moves often enough, but it seems that if you're only interested in a draw you might as well defend passively and not get into sharp variations.
Well, now I tell you, I never seen good come o' goodness yet. Him as strikes first is my fancy; dead men don't bite; them's my views--amen, so be it.

Stockfish is actually +2.04 right now and Houdini is +1.54

yeah...
this is over...

poor Anand, it seems like nerves got to him in time trouble, or fatigue...

EDIT: I mean, as Carlsen being younger and fitter, one would assume that dragging on the game would benefit him on the long run

They should really have an image of the current chessboard at all time on the youtube stream, as someone that is not too familiar with chess it's really confusing to see the commentators tryings things out on the board, in the end i'm not even sure what move Anad and Carlsen are actually doing.

This is just gonna end up a trivial rook endgame. Yay Carlsen!

The best thing imo is to keep another tab open where they show the current board.

It's still a rook endgame though, this kind of stuff is hard to win.

no, this stuff is easy to win.

If I can see it, Carlsen can see it.
