Yes, there are very flamboyant/effeminate gays out there, but for many that is just the way they are. I have many friends who act very similar to that and aren't gay so I don't see your point here at all.

I think he means homosexuals who just live their live without making it obvious to everybody by organizing rally's and expressing it trough slutty clothing ? He finds it distasteful to be exposed to those things. To be honest i would freak out a bit if a gay out of the blue just pops into your face with slutty clothes.
