Is this having to do with google doing this for the industry and suing Apple to send a message and say "Hey, its not cool just going around and suing your closest competitors to try to deal with them that way"... Or is it more along the lines of Google thinking "Oh, good idea... So if they beat samsung, then maybe we can do the same to them" | ||

This is basically a "Reputation Unaffected Card" for all competing companies. Every company that sues Apple now look like "Good Guys". | ||
