I'd like to see a debate between whether ideas or implementation should be the patent-able part (In the US right now it's purely the ideas which is bad...). Perhaps both can claim a share, and if they don't mutually agree on the sharing a court decides on the % share with a penalty for the party who wanted an unfairly large portion. | ||

Apple has recently won its proxy war with Google and Andriod through its internatinal legal dispute with Samsung. But the empire strikes back. And it wants to hit directly home. Google has filed suit directly against Apple in the U.S. International Trade Commission. So Google is synonymous with a evil empire with genocide on its list? It's rather offensive as Google's motto is, don't be evil. | ||
