The worst for me was back in middle school gym class. We had those mandatory shorts that were made out of the cheapest nylon material known to man. Needless to say, it tented up rather nicely and was very very tough to conceal.

Like 3 years ago I was at gym class. We were playing volley ball and we had 10 players on each team, 6 that played and 4 that switched with the ones playing every now and then. I don't remember having an embarrassing boner myself, the only time i ever witnessed someone else with a boner in public was my P.E. teacher.
