The other 2 will be a minority and btw if your vision is equally bad at both near and far distance that means you're using (or should be using) bifocals so just vote for that.

It'll eventually degrade down to a point where I need to get myself LASIK, but that should still be several years away.

but lately i've been seing dots sometimes when i'm looking at dazing at something or trying to concentrate on an image. I see this a lot when im biking and reading a paper. There's like a dot and when i look at it it falls off or moves towards the side so i cant see it anymore. Quite weird but i think/hope its going away.

I've done some searches about that on google but I've never found any useful info that could backup that theory. I'll check it out, thanks.

Although apparently as you get older, small proteins form behind your retina or something build up and you see these small trancelucent things in your vision. Try staring at something for a while and you will see what looks like a particle in a microscope in your vision. This is something I heard from someone...they are present in my vision and apparently everyone has them. So even if that isn't the science behind it...there definitely is something there. ![]()

The reason staring at the comp so long makes you have crap vision is because your cilliary muscles in your eyes which control the thickness of your lense don't work for extended periods of time. This lack of "exercise" of those muscles causes them to shit out so they are not as effective when you look farther away and they need to work then to make your lense thinner. So like after every game you should look out to somewhere far for a bit to make your eye muscles work so you don't strain them by staring at comp screen.

If I did my calculations correctly and if the print was 2 cm across you shouldnt be able to read it for SHIT. The human eye's resolution is a little under 1 arc minute while the letters would be around 0.3 arc minutes wide. Someone please correct me!!!!!!
