I mean, convictions based on ZERO evidence, no, not negligible, but ZERO evidence, relying only on uncorroborated testimonies by the accuser? What? Prosecution can block evidence that would clearly exonerate the defendant? WHAT??? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? And not just in the United States, unfortunately.
