I'll be keeping score again. In case it was unclear from last time, I only award points when I feel like one candidate has bested the other after an exchange. If it is close or a tie, I don't award any.

i would imagine thats one of the things the parties agreed on before hand, for any number of reasons they get so picky at these things.

No, there needs to be an onus on both parties at the highest level political stage in the U.S.A. not to spread lies.
