But feel free to put your tinfoil hat back on, sorry to have bothered you, let's stop. Tinfoil hat? rofl. You are a dick. Bro. You are telling me it is ok for an attorney to tell a story and just let the witness say yes yes yes yes yes? No, they have to ask questions. Which he wasn't doing, he was telling a story and letting her go along with it. It would be different if it was stating facts, but he wasn't. He was telling a story of what MIGHT have happened. But you are right, lets stop. That is twice now you decided to go the internet fuckbag route of talking shit.

The state does the same crap the defense does and gets away with it when the defense objects. She talks to the defense like they are children. Maybe they rubbed her the wrong way with that horrendous knock-knock joke? All it takes is one major fuck up and the judge becomes an antagonist the rest of trial.

They were about to read the interview quotes to prove she changed her story, the state objected and won. So they approached the bench to argue about it. Went on break after.

It could just be because the defense does feel a bit amateurish at some points. I will agree with that. All of her conversations with the defense she changes her tone compared to talking with the state. It's like they are just a thorn in her side when they speak. Which __in my opinion__ will impact her rulings on objections they make. And __in my opinion__ it has.

She doesn't have to be under oath. The credibility of someone that tells fake facts about a murder case in national television is seriously lacking.

Because she told a different story then. And she originally stated she only wanted to help because of race. It shows she is willing to lie for the simple purpose of helping martins win.

Yea the point was that she isn't credible. And frankly the defense has established this already (with her age issues and "not taking it seriously").

Why was it so important that she now has said she didn't take it seriously ? for the same reason the defense can bring up the fact she lied about her age even though she wasn't under oath. To have definitive proof of a prosecution witness who has changed stories multiple times is pretty damning

If he gets off scott free the prosecutor will need to find a new job, while the judge will never ever get a promotion. Look at that flashy necklace she's wearing. Probably bought by some politician ;D.
