Nothing more than a concerned citizen looking out for his neighbors. This is something the prosecution actually fought to get in. I'm just totally baffled by this ridiculousness. How stupid a society have we become ? Calm down, it's just a trial in Florida. There is stupidity everywhere.

This is the prosecution's witness... LOL. Seeing as one of them was left laying on the ground and didn't get up, and the person on top stood up and walked away it's not much of an assumption to assume who was whom, according to her testimony. I'm sorry, I missed the part in her testimony when she said she saw the person on top get up after the shot was fired and walk away. Are you even listening/watching the video? she said that in the re-direct. the person on top walked away.
Right. But she didn't actually see that. She assumed what happened based on pictures of Trayvon when he was 12 years old, that Trayvon was a small little 12 year old kid and George being in his late twenties had to have been the "bigger" one. She said she saw the bigger of the two on top. We know now that Trayvon was actually 17 and about 6'3". Two days ago, they showed video of Trayvon buying scittles and a drink standing next to the cashier who was 5'10" and he made the cashier look pretty small. George Zimmerman is 5'7" by the way.

Well, previous history of only reporting black people followed by his statement "they always get away" followed by his shooting of a black teen walking home.

Uh oh, one of the people who George called the police on was later arrested for burglary... Farv, that's what I meant, our society, not just Florida. I tend to think this trial is occurring because of public outcry, which is based on something other than actual evidence.

While true, its sort of irrelevant to the point.
Basically the 'bigger one' was on top, and got up after and walked about. The person on the bottom, didn't get up.
What other information is needed? Discussing pictures and size is trivial if only one person ever got up.

%100 true.
It's actually scarey that they can charge you with 2nd degree murder, put you away for the rest of your life with little to no evidence.

He lives in a shitty neighborhood. Who is to say it is wrong to call in suspicious activity when break-ins is the norm? I would be doing the same thing if I had to protect my home. He never makes racists comments, you cannot call him a racist.

You may be right, but I am just as likely to believe that a lot of this case's hullabaloo is directly related to the poor state of governance/law in the state of Florida. The police, the courts, and the DA have all played their part in the tomfoolery associated with public outcry.

What you're missing is that according to forensic evidence, the gun was shot from the bottom, not the top. So we know for a fact that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin from the bottom not the top. Put the two together and the person who the witness says was on top had to have been Trayvon, unless the two struggled and took turns being on top, rolling about, etc.
