i dont wanna go full internet and do undercut + bun (again...last year it was shorter) but damn if having long hair isn't fun. but i know i can go back to short hair whenever i want so im tryna live it up -_-. struggles

anyone have experience with Our Legacy? i'm now discovering that they make a lot of cool stuff in linen. fits my s/s wear perfectly except its almost fall. ill probably get a jacket or that sweater type thing next summer assuming they have it.

What are the differences between black, dark brown, and light brown boots? I know black is more formal and probably harder to match with anything but navy and black? Dark brown most versatile and light brown less versatile cuz you need lighter colors? Does this sound ok or no? Talking about mostly streetwear and some business casual i guess.

something like that yeah. you can throw in earth tones or weird stuff with brown, but with black you're pretty limited to greyscale and neutrals.

Their shirts even in small have sleeve lengths of 25" or 25.5" so they are too long for me. So if you are a short armed asian man you'll definitely have to get it fixed. The shoulders don't drop much so if you have good shoulders they'll look good. Some shirts with shoulders that drop a lot look so slouchy on me. I can't really tell quality because I have a poor eye for that. Feels good to me though.

I used some Obenauf's leather oil on my caramel colored shoes and it darkened the leather quite a bit - they're more of a milk chocolate color now. Is there any way around this? Different product, less oil, better technique?

I had used the oil on black shoes before and didn't notice any darkening...because they were already black! ? I'm not devastated as the shoes were affordable and still look nice.

Oil will always darken the leather. But the leather will lighten up over time. I think Saphir Reno or maybe another Saphir product can pull out stuff like wax, but not sure about oil, from the leather. But honestly if you keep wearing them, the leather will return to normal color in a couple of months time.

Do you know where I can get a good suit, either in the Portland, Maine area or in the Boston area? I only need it for job interviews at the moment. My parents want to take me to Men's Warehouse, but others in the thread have suggested it's no good. I've looked over the suits discussion in the thread but I don't know where to go. Thanks.

Some more pictures. The inner lining is 25% nylon, and the arms aren't lined which is kind of weird, they're quite flimsy. There are two detachable pieces; the hood and the hood lining. The hood can be attached to the coat without the lining. It's hard to wear it closed when the hood and hood lining are attached because the front will be too bulky. The pockets are very low. There are probably around 30 buttons total throughout the coat with a few backups sewn on near the collar. Not much else to say, it looks and feels like how I imagined except for the unlined sleeves which are really thin.

I handmeasured the coat and this i what I got, for size 5:

19" s2s
23.5" p2p
27.5" shoulder to sleeve
38" length

The lining makes the coat fit a bit smaller. I wear anywhere between a 21.5" to 22.5" p2p for shirts, and 22" to 24" for thicker stuff, 24" fits drapey on me. 25.5" is the sleeve length for my blazer with the same s2s.
