Windows / System 32 / Drivers / ETC / Hosts ( open this with notepad as administrator ) http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt ( Select All ---> control + c ---> go to the already opened Hosts file ---> delete everything and then control + v ---> save ) It doesn't block ads. It merely redirects ads to your own computer. It'll also be in a ETC / Hosts on a mac | ||

I watch a shitton of streams and some of those adds are SUPER annoying. But I still don't block them, and it completely pisses me off that such a large portion of the viewers do. I wish there was a way for sites/streams to block people with addblock. Seems fair. You can only come here or watch this if you support it. | ||

Also, adblock is now disabled. I appreciate the explanation given in the thread. I'd tried to do it before (added an exception for www.teamliquid.net on adblock), but I still got the elephant until I followed the instructions given here. | ||
