We are extremely close to shutting down this thread for the same reasons the PUA thread was shut down. While some of the time this thread contains actual discussion with people asking help and people giving nice advice, it often gets derailed by rubbish that should not be here. The moderation team will be trying to steer this thread in a different direction from now on. Posts of the following nature are banned: 1) ANYTHING regarding PUA. Thanks to the people here who are cheering me on, I love that stuff. And I acknowledge those who think this is going to end poorly and are "just looking out for me" or whatever. The thing is, I spent my entire adult life meeting girl after girl who isn't interested in me, and trying to fake it till I made it. That's not what's going on here. She likes me, I like her, she's brilliant and funny and beautiful and she seems to think I'm pretty swell too. That's all we need for this to work baby, not some set of rules. | ||

And nobody can say things are going to end poorly, because no matter how many things you are messing up (and you are, and that's okay when you're getting your first experiences) attraction is not a choice and if it's really really high you can screw up plenty before she loses romantic interest. Especially if she's inexperienced herself, which seems to be the case. | ||

Treat a "bad girl" like a lady and you could get a devout wonderful woman out of it. Treat a "good girl" like a tool for sex and you'll get someone that is emotionally completely detached from you. All of you have more power over setting the pace in a relationship then you might think. You can influence like at least half this stuff. | ||

In this context I meant "bad" as in a girl that shows what is often considered as bad behavior such as having many different partners for example. Considering that definition I can promise you quite a few people have bothered with girls like that. | ||

I don't know how frequently you'll change the girl per se, as opposed to the chemistry just not working out/ them not appreciating you treating them differently. You'll probably break up and fail at the relationship. | ||

Since my last update I've met two girls, both through tinder with no real intention of finding something serious. First girl was a bit bigger than her pictures and she was trying way to hard to be funny. Wasn't really attracted to her in any way so I just never talked to her again. Just came back from the date of the second girl actually. She was fairly easy to talk to, looked more or less like I expected her too. She was really not my type at all though. She is a first year in university and she is going to be a student who plans parties etc, hard to explain but the translation would basically be "Party people". I don't know, might try to hook up with her? No great "luck" that is. Got another date coming up this weekend though! | ||

I changed my pictures on tinder/bumble (read: got actual pictures that showed my face) and now I match up with hot chicks left and right. I like bumble better than tinder but I think there's a surplus of woman in my city (D.C. area). The problem with tinder/bumble is that hot women can still be dumb. Need some kind of iq test or something. | ||

However, I recently reduced my search area back to 20km since I noticed that I don't actually want anyone further away, and now I'm back to seeing at most 2-3 profiles a day - also usually all of them danish.
