I'm not really a comic book fan but his weakness is his board right? if you get him off his board he's powerless. That's how it worked in the fantastic four movie atleast.

He actually can be defeated, the entire Teen Titans roster brought him down.
Also for superman, a weakness to magic means Captain Marvel, Black Adam, Zatanna, Dr Fate and other magic wielders can take him down.

A psionic hero would be that strongest as a melee hero wouldn't be able to touch him. For instance Nate Grey, Franklin Richards, Phoenix or Professor X.
As for favorite hero hands down Batman for being a complete badass with the best and most unique villains.
Explained: The first Goku vs. Vegeta both of them are ~1500 power level (Freiza? says that vegeta and dedoria (the pink horns fat dude) are about the same power level, Dedoria's power level is ~1500). one month (recovery), 6 days (spaceship) later goku shows up on namek with ~80k power level (see ginyu vs goku )(before kiao-kin). That is aprox. 5333% power increase over 36 days. Goku is stronger than vegeta now because vegeta dies while trying to defeate frieza, where goku previals but lets frieza live... fast foward to the Androids.... 17 and 18 have infinity power. Cell absorbs them 18? and then battles vegeta after vegeta and trunks spends 1 day in the hyperbolic time chamber. vegeta half handedly beats cell with only android 18 absorbed. therefore cell is over 1xinifity power and vegeta is higher than that. So once Goku gets out of the hyperbolic time chamber he will be more powerful than vegeta which powerlevel is >1xinfinity. Goku can use kiao-ken up to x20...so goku's theoritical max power is >20xInfinity in short bursts... nobody can beat that....
TL:DR: goku's powerlevel > vegeta's powerlevel, Vegeta's powerlevel > cell's powerlevel (before perfect form), cells powerlevel (before perfect form) > 1xInfinity (from absorbing android 18 which powerlevel is 1xInfinity) THEREFORE goku's powerlevel is more than 1xInfinity...before super super saiyan...
