Yep Mars more so for sure, as far as the moon it still might be a long-term profitable area for mineral mining and water but the short term risks are a huge deterrent for the private sector right now. As also noted by Stealth the bigger point IMO is to wet our feet in general colonization and as a intermediary stop for Mars. I did see a documentary about how there's a lot of a specific material on the moon that is suited for fusion power plants (theoretically). Could be a gold mine. :=) | ||
