Christ, he's overrated if anything. Now don't get me wrong, he's extremely good and IMO the best player right now - but people are talking about him as if he's some unstoppable monster who's light years ahead of everybody else ...
When the only decent opponent he played in two seasons of GSL wins was sC. Everybody else was mediocre at best, with the exception of LosirA, who's a teammate anyway.
I mean, let's go through his opponents.
May Groups - He beat Jinro twice to advance.
May Ro16 - Fruitdealer
May Ro8 - anypro
May Ro4 - sC
May Finals - InCa.
July Groups - Freewin over Rain, beats July, who's bad at ZvZ
July Ro16 - Ensnare

Replace NesTea with Bomber or Mvp and they most likely would have won as well - the only player in that list capable of beating them is sC. Now, would they have won without dropping a set? I doubt it. So NesTea is the best player right now. But maybe we should wait until he actually beats someone good before we start calling him a freaking BONJWA for god's sake.

Anyway, here is what's grinding my gears

People complaining about Terran imbalance! The reason Terran is dominating GSL is because the Terrans there are actually good! Unlike the 2 or 3 good Protoss players in Korea and the one amazing Zerg (who happens to be beating the shit out of anyone he plays, yes, even Terrans). And the reason Terrans did so well at MLG is because GOM SENT THE GOOD TERRANS. No imbalanced bullshit, just the fact that the Koreans that went, apart from being Terrans, are actutally amazing players, and on top of that, DRG who plays the supposably UP Zerg still came third or fourth (can't quite remember) ahead of a bunch of Terrans anyway.
If Terran is so good why the fuck are there barely any top foreign Terrans in the foreign scene? The big majority of the great foreigners are Protoss, players like Huk, Naniwa, Socke, SaSe, ToD (who went 4-2 against one of the best Korean Protosses) and who can forget he White-Ra himself?
The reason Terran is 'winning everything' (which it really isnt, with Code S being Zerg, Code A Protoss, the Blizzard invitational Zerg, Homestory Cup Protoss) is because the high majority of Koreans coming to win our foreign tournaments are Terran.
Not really a big rant or flame or anything, just something that has been bothering me lately.

I should've been trying to get a job for summer but due to my lack of self discipline I only sent out 1 application, on which I didn't get a response. Yet now I screwed myself over since I don't have a boatload of money for the coming year, so I'll have to start off on water and bread (figuratively ofcourse). Also everything that can go wrong is going wrong. I'll have to return my laptop to buy a cheaper one so I can afford my room (ex-school payback system laptop) GRAAAH! The worst is when people pick a day in which they all decide to gang up on you and drill it in your face about what kind of selfcentered prick you are and how you'll have to rely on them for the coming time.

log onto the ladder to play a few games, first game, meet a zerg, say hi and gl, boom 6 fucking lings run into my base, i micro for a bit but eventually die.
play again, meet a protoss, i see him scout my nexus early with his probe and then back off, i follow it, see him put a pylong down. send 4 probes to kill the pylon, but oh no he builds 2 more and walls himself in on the lowground. builds cannons and i die, even though i scout it
then i find another protoss who just out 4gates me.
now i tihnk fuck this im gonna DT rush, so i get a terran, rush for dts as fast as i can, send them to his base and run right into a fucking missile turret. im so annoyed

Dating this person is probably one of the worst mistakes I have ever made in my life, next to forgetting to block the ramp with two probes during a speedling all-in. Even if I do ever date these kinds of people again, I should wait for them to mature a bit. Hell, chances are Starcraft: Ghost will release than them maturing.

A relationship is a connection between to people emotionally. Honestly, I felt no such connection. We never even talked, unless simple greetings and short exchanges of empty dialogue are worth something. Literally, this is all we've exchanged over these months I've wasted. I honestly don't give a shit about kissing, cuddling, or sex if we don't bond emotionally. There's no difference between you and a prostitute if we don't bond emotionally. Well actually there is a difference. A prostitute is cheaper.
Do you want me to chase after you? Are you infatuated with that Korean actor in the drama protecting his girl like a badass? You are one-eighth as attractive as that girl actress but sure, I can take good care of you.
Wait, why the hell should I? What have we been developing all this time we dated? The only thing I noticed were holes in my wallet. Oh and couple T-shirts and couple rings you bought online seen on dramas are worth crap. Seriously, why do you try so hard wanting us to look like a Korean couple? Are you out of your mind, is the outer 'image' of us dating that more important than our undeveloped relationship? I mean, who gives a fuck about the actual relationship. Let's just make ourselves look good in front of other people.
And please, stop coating your face. Lenses, make up, that thick shit you are wearing everyday. I mean, I liked your natural and innocent face but apparently you are not self confident. The only way to boost your self esteem is to emulate Korean idols. Seriously, girls like guys who are confident but same goes for us. Stop hiding behind pretty Korean idols and be yourself dammit.
Honestly, I can handle most of this. A girl with low self esteem? I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is your attitude. Apparently, if you coat your face with make up and wear all the things Girls Generation or F(x) or whatever they are wearing, you are just as attractive. I don't know how it equates but apparently it works out in your mind. Well it doesn't. Please don't invest so much of your money on clothes and make up and please pay for a date for once.
Your cocky attitude apparently deludes your thinking. You believe that I should chase after you since I am an average Korean (this I am, an average Korean-Canadian) and you somehow look like a Korean Idol (You don't, btw) because of your coating on your face. You never initiate conversation with me by the way and you actually had the attitude to ignore me in public more than once. We even made eye contact yet you looked away. What the fuck does dating even mean to you?
I can go on forever but I have to stop myself. I'm pissed that you actually broke up with me because you were offended by me actually speaking my mind. I never even got the chance to say all of this to you because I was just so shocked about the break up. You are breaking up with me?
This gave me a bad impression on Asian girls. As I walk down the hallway, whenever I overhear two Asian girls discussing about K-pop it automatically turns me off and I know this is wrong since not all Asians are like that.
I just need to find a better Asian girl next time. Yeah that's it. That's all I need.

You could date a non-asian girl. They could be good too and it also expands your horizon giving you more liberty ergo giving you more confidence and a higher success rate.

I can't stand the sound they make, I can't stand how when you're trying to dig something out of your pocket you wind up with a fistful of coins (Radiohead reference, kinda). Most of the time I just say keep the change, because I don't want it.

+ Show Spoiler +I've just swapped from playing WoW a hell of a lot to Starcraft 2 a hell of a lot. I was averaging playing with top end arena partners, to being a complete newbie and starting off as zerg and having to get my mechanics nailed. I keep making mistakes i'm consciously aware of and it's making me RAAAAAAAAGE. One of the key flaws with WoW was how imbalanced it was, whereas with SC2 and how new I am to it, I know it's all due to me needing to practice more, so it feels weird to actually have done something wrong which lead to my loss. I guess it's refreshing and a nicer outcome at the end of the day though
