Thank god the fucking car ad is off streams now. for some reason it fucking killed performance across the board. i would have a stream on like alt tabbed briefly playing a custom game with a friend in sc2 and that add would come on and lock up my entire computer.. for what? to fucking give me an add where i can spin a van around in circles with some wierd ass cell background that ducks from your cursor. I am killing E-sports.

I do not have the $25 dollars required by GOM to watch the GSL or the GSTL. I simply do not have the money, and it's ridiculous to ask my family for this; I stay up/get up early some nights to watch them (starts at 5 am for me), but if (like this morning) I fall asleep during the Boxer/DRG match, I don't get to see the games. I often end up watching the first game of the series on GOM, then resorting to youtube uploads to watch the rest of a series if I miss it live.

It's not a matter of not wanting to pay; If paying were the only option, I wouldn't be able to watch the games at all, but I'm still "leeching" off the community and "hurting e-sports" because i'm not supporting the "largest tournament in the world" despite the fact that there is no possible way for me to do so. GOM has Adds on the stream now, why the FUCK can't they offer free add-supported versions like MLG does? Like dreamhack did? Like I've been told they do in Korean? So pissed right now... Guess I'll go keep searching the internet for the rest of the games.

I think the HoN Developer piracy thread broke my anger meter. Some of the shit in that thread, holy fuck. It's depressing how completely ignorant some of the comments are. Colossi, I fucking hate colossi. Not because they're imbalanced or anything but because every time one of these fuckers gets made I know I'm in for a boring game to watch or play.

Small maps or close positions, variety is fine and all if all the options are at least remotely fun. However forcing people to play close positions or small maps is akin to making a kid eat shit for variety in its food.
