No he didn't. He said it was rumored that seeing a cop is good luck for 7 years. To me, that'd mean that they're really hard to find. Then he said he heard a cop had once arrested someone, and he didn't believe it. That would mean either A) there are no cops, or B) they are easily bribed.

200 KmH isn't even that fast. My car is a total piece, and I can do about a hundred MpH in it. 200 KpH is only 124.2748 MpH. It's not THAT fast. Is it really THAT unbelievable?

I don't think they're in awe because the car hit 200km/h. I would assume it's because he was running from the cops at 200km/h running red lights, and I was even more shocked that he didn't get in an accident. Which is another reason this story is complete bullshit.
