This music leads to retarded views on love and other stuff. I dont necessarily hate justin beiber or this girl. I just fucking hate the business behind it and how it affects young teens. I think you misunderstood, this is paid for by her parents (I can't see a good reason, but yeah, if she wants it...). A company would never invest in such a worthless investment, on the off-chance it'll become a internet meme and sell reasonably well on itunes.

You hate "scumbags" investing money and getting returns? Huh? Shit if I knew she'd rake in money I'd invest in whatever shitty song she made.

My girlfriend brought up some great points when I showed her this video: 1. At least she's not singing about sex, drugs, and drinking like every other vapid pop star. 2. At least she's not dressed like a slut like every other female pop star. I can't disagree there. As much as I hate the song, at least there's some relatively innocent music out there for young kids to enjoy (as only young kids can) without filling their heads with terrible messages.

Yes because it turns music into something only about money. We get shitty ass music out of this and nothing good comes of it besides lining the pockets of the people who invest in these people. people with real talent will never get recognition when there's these "young hot folk" which is what tweens (think they do) want. I could care less about companies wanting to make money but this is just using young people to their advantage to make money which pisses me right the fuck off. They probably don't give 2 shits about these kids as long as they are super fucking popular and making money off them. Being famous from such a young age; IMO is pretty disgusting. I can only think about what the rest of their lives will bring...Depression when nobody cares about them, drug abuse, etc. These people have a great affect on the next generation of young teens without realizing it. Oh well, at least this music is not as pathetic as justin beiber singing about "real love" and BS.

That had to be the most cliche, terrible, and quickest made attempt at a ripoff of being a gangster while staying G-rated and trying to be hard at the same time. he might be more of a joke then rebecca black is....
