If you were to get in trouble for machining the Zerg emblem out of metal, wouldn't Blizzard have to end up going after everyone who creates fan art? People drawing Blizzard stuff, people baking Blizzard related goods, people making stuffed Blizzard animals (DIY). There is so much community created stuff art wise not for profit. I think you should be fine, but as I've said, I'm not a lawyer. | ||

And then you wouldn't even want to throw it in a river because it's so cool, though you'd probably clean it real well and wipe your fingerprints off because it wouldn't look good dirty and smudged, but you'd still leave it in plain view because it's pretty sweet and you want people to see it but chances are you wouldn't get all the microscopic bits of blood off because let's face it you're not that good at cleaning things, usually just a once over is good enough for you because who can tell the difference, but well, the cops can cause they have fancy labs and stuff, so they'd catch you and you'd end up going to prison for a decade or two, maybe out on parole sooner for good behavior but then you've got a felony on your record and you'll never get a good job so your life is pretty much over and also you killed someone which can't feel too good either and no one will ever love you because, well, look at you, you're a mess, and also a murderer, so at this point your life is pretty much over.
