...Except those biceps, I just started my workout regimen a couple weeks ago and my bicep size was 13" but to be fair, that mass is spread out over a big pair of airplane wings. And those upper pecs....always room for self improvement. And wow, 3-10 minutes? There must be some unsatisfied women out there :C | ||

900 dollars on supplements on average for the male population? LOL i agree with the pullups though, cuz the average guy is overweight and has not been to the gym more than 10 times in his life. the 12 minute mile is kind of sad this is worse than broscience | ||

And keep in mind that most of the stats are apparently averaging people 20-70, so ofc the averages will be a little off from most people. All those 65 year olds are dragging down the mile time, lmao. | ||

Oh, didn't see the (in 1 minute). Hehe, I can do maybe 50 or 60 in a minute, and I just max out at 100 if I do them straight without stopping. IMO, no one actually cares about pushups per minute. It'll just lead to bad form. Slower pushups are better pushups. | ||
